Sleepy/kooky

Reagan slept well last night and woke up right around 8am this morning. She was very tense in her body, lots of chorea, and super vocal. Her vocalizations appear to be triggered by sensitivity and not pain or frustration. Her nurse was just very careful to keep everything nice and calm, as she was easily stimulated, but the high pitched vocalizations continued. She had speech this morning but was easily distracted due to hyperstimulation. She calmed down once transferred out of her wheelchair and then promptly fell asleep! She slept for about an hour and a half but woke up when her OT came and started stretching her! She tolerated the stretching well, which is good because she really needed some serious stretching! After OT we helped her poo and gave her a bath and then she fell back asleep in her chair. Sweet girl. She did eventually wake up and was good the rest of the night. Still a little vocal/tense but OK. Overall it was a strange combination of sleepy/kooky today!

Spunky girl! Kept rolling onto her tummy and grabbing her tube!
